We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Project Manager to lead critical projects within our organization. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage complex project streams and drive successful outcomes in a collaborative environment.

• Oversee project release planning and ensure clarity of requirements across multiple streams.
• Manage risks and resolve challenges that may impact project scope, quality, and timelines.
• Foster strong relationships with cross‑functional teams to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
• Monitor and measure project progress to ensure timely delivery within budget and quality standards.
• Develop deployment plans and oversee the implementation of deliverables into production environments.
• Conduct release readiness reviews and validate release notes to ensure successful project execution.

• 5+ years of experience in IT Project Management.
• Strong expertise in Release Management across multiple teams.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and navigate complex project environments.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a focus on detail and quality.

• Experience with Integrated Eligibility projects and project life cycles.
• Familiarity with Service Now and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is highly desirable.
• Experience facilitating Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions.
