Information Systems Manager 1

The Division of Corrections and Rehabilitation (DCR) is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Information Systems Manager
1. This leadership position oversees a technical team responsible for maintaining and enhancing DCR’s entire IT infrastructure and systems.

• Manage and oversee the division's 39-site network infrastructure—including switches, cabling, surveillance equipment, livescan, time clocks, and fingerprint devices—and IT systems (computers, laptops, servers, storage devices).
• Oversee networking architecture, including site surveys, camera layout design, and submission of drawings for approval.
• Maintain and manage IP addressing, reservations, port configurations, and telecommunication requests to ensure compatibility.
• Lead large‑scale procurement, distribution, and licensing of hardware and software.
• Serve as liaison between DCR and external vendors and support personnel.

• Graduation from an accredited four‑year college or university.
• Three years of full‑time or equivalent part‑time paid experience in computer programming, office automation planning, purchasing and implementation of hardware and software, teleprocessing, system analysis, or supervision of computer operations.
• Major in computer science may substitute for one year of required experience.
