• Manage complex litigation involving regulatory, competition, and healthcare law.
• Provide proactive risk counseling and represent Epic in high‑stakes legal proceedings.
• Handle and win multi‑million dollar disputes, minimizing risk through strategic legal advice.
• Forge relationships with vendors and industry collaborators to ensure compliance with U.S. and international legal frameworks.

• JD with a strong academic and professional background.
• Extensive experience counseling on risk mitigation, drafting motions and briefs, conducting depositions, oral arguments, leading settlement negotiations, and trial advocacy.
• Experience in competition and regulatory litigation is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, writing, and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and creative problem‑solving mindset.
