Requirements:
- Minimum of two years of relevant experience in litigation (preference given to candidates with demonstrated experience or strong interest in litigation).
- Licensed to practice in West Virginia.
- Strong academic credentials.
- Excellent analytical, oral, and written communication skills.
- Ability to pass all required background checks, including criminal screening.
