The Charleston office of Bowles Rice is seeking an attorney to join us now for our robust trust/estates/gift planning practice. Our diverse private client services team assists clients with trust/estate/gift planning, Medicaid eligibility, tax reduction strategies, asset protection, charitable giving, and trust and estate administration.

The successful candidate will have superior academic credentials, possess strong analytic, oral and written communication skills, and must be licensed to practice in West Virginia. Two years of relevant experience is preferred. Must be able to successfully complete all required background screening, including criminal.
