SummaryMorgan & Morgan is looking for a Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join its growing practice in Charleston, WV. The Litigation Attorney will handle motor vehicle accident cases in litigation, including trial preparation and trial.
Responsibilities- Day‑to‑day handling of motor vehicle accident cases in litigation
- Drafting and filing litigation documents, including pleadings, discovery requests, discovery responses, demands, motions and memoranda
- Guide clients through the case process
- Interact with expert witnesses, including conferences, drafting of expert reports and affidavits
- Attendance and preparation for depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances
- Law degree from a fully accredited law school
- Full active standing with the State Bar Association in WV
- Ability to manage a high volume of litigation cases
- Excellent client service and communication skills
- Superior writing and oral advocacy skills
