The Role:

This is a career-growing opportunity to work with a collaborative, client-centered team in the energy and real estate space. You'll:

• Examine title and draft title opinions
• Perform curative work
• Draft and edit deeds, leases, assignments, and real estate-related agreements
• Contribute directly to a wide range of impactful legal projects

• What You Bring:

• Active West Virgina Bar license ( Pittsburgh Bar admission is a plus! )
• 2-4 years of experience examining titles, drafting title opinions, and performing curative work

• Previous work in energy and natural resources law preferred
• Eagerness to take on more responsibility, including drafting and editing contracts, leases, and deeds

• Strong research, writing, speaking, and analytical skills

• A team mindset, drive to learn, and absolute professionalism
