A prestigious, nationally recognized law firm based in West Virginia is seeking an experienced Insurance Defense Attorney Preference for experience in products liability, mass torts, depositions and motions practice.

to join their dynamic, high-performing legal team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled litigator looking to handle complex, high-exposure cases and work with attorneys across the nation defending mass tort case all in the comfort of a boutique firm in West Virginia

Salary will be based on the candidate's experience and other job-related factors, in accordance with applicable law.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage cases from inception to resolution
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses
• Represent clients in hearings, motion's court, depositions, and trials
• Negotiate settlements
• Work collaboratively with clients, partners, and legal teams to build strong cases

What You Bring

• Active West Virginia law license
• 4+ years of experience litigating or a federal or state clerkship
• Strong research, writing and communication skills
• Ability to handle complex litigation independently
• Preference for experience in products liability, mass torts, depositions and motions practice.
• Preference for Law Review, Moot Court or Top of Class in Law School
• Strong work ethic and initiative to be a self-starter and team player

Salary commensurate with candidate experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
