Base pay will be determined by skills and experience. Role is eligible for team-based bonus opportunities. Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the company's 401(k) plan.
Veterans, transitioning active duty military personnel, and military spouses are encouraged to apply. Brookdale offers to advance fees for naturalization (Form N-400) application costs, up to $725, for qualified associates with at least one year of service.

- Our Certified Nursing Assistant - CNA (State Tested Nursing Assistant-STNA in Ohio) works with community management to provide personalized care and resident updates at the start and end of each shift.
- Assist residents with dining, personal care, vital signs, and clinical procedures per community policy.
- Provide assistance with daily activities such as showers, bathroom help, dressing, and grooming.
- Successful completion of a State CNA/STNA course is required; certification must be maintained.
