Float Pool Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

After an orientation period and under the direction of a Registered Nurse, you will deliver efficient and effective nursing care while achieving positive clinical outcomes and patient, resident and family satisfaction.

• Evaluate patients/residents to collect data, observe condition and report changes.
• Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
• Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.
• Administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders.

Must be a graduate of an approved school for vocational nursing and currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or hold pending LPN licensure. Experience is preferred in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing.
