Description:
Interventional Radiology RN needed for 4x10 hour shifts on weekdays.
On call required every 5th weekend.
First two days will be in a class setting, followed by unit orientation.
Staffing ratios are 1:1 with adults and geriatric patients.
Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of RN experience.
Travelers are allowed but must have prior Interventional Radiology experience.
Candidates may be floated to general unit as needed.
The facility may not accommodate blocked schedules.
Candidates can submit with a pending license, but an active WV RDCS
- Adult license is required to start.
All RTO restrictions must be included in the profile at the time of submittal.
Candidates must have the required certifications completed by the submission date.
No previous probationary actions on licenses will be accepted without review.
Flu vaccine is required unless there is documented medical proof of an allergy.
The Covid vaccine is not required.
Submission must include documentation like candidate profile, work history, references, and license verification.
Candidates must have a permanent address within the specified radius of the facility.
References must include two managers or charge nurses from the past two years.
The hospital operates as a short-term acute care facility with 838 staffed beds.
Charting system used is Cerner.
