Description:
Seeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse. The role involves a commitment to patient care in a fast-paced environment. Candidates must be capable of performing rapid assessments and triaging patients effectively. Experience in trauma management and basic life support interventions is essential. The position requires the ability to work a flexible schedule with weekend rotations. Professional certifications must be current and relevant.
Strong communication skills and teamwork abilities are necessary for success in this role. Previous charge nurse experience is valuable and preferred. The candidate should demonstrate a high level of competency in handling diverse medical conditions. Must be willing to participate in ongoing professional development and training. Candidates must provide references from previous managers or charge nurses. All applicants must have a stable permanent address within the specified distance from the facility.
