Home Leader – Supported Living – Rauch Inc.

Full-time position for a Home Leader in Rauch Inc.'s Supported Living program.

• Provide direct assistance to clients with developmental disabilities.
• Mentor clients on daily living skills.
• Accompany clients to doctor’s appointments and other community locations.
• Manage household finances.
• Supervise home staff; availability for first, second, and third shift required.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Experience in providing direct service to people with developmental disabilities in a residential setting is preferred.

36 hours per week; schedule to be determined. Minimum 20 hours per week for sign-on bonus of $350. Shift differentials:
Additional $0.50 for 2nd and 3rd shift on weekdays;
Additional $1.00 for weekends.

Reports to Director of Supported Living. Travel required occasionally. Number of openings: 1.
