What Will You Do in This Role?

As an LPN, you are responsible for ensuring the delivery of efficient and effective nursing care while achieving positive clinical outcomes and resident/family satisfaction in accordance with accepted standards of practice, state and federal regulations and licensing requirements. You will operate within the scope of practice defined by the state Nurse Practice Act, oversee resident care during your shift, mentor and educate nursing personnel, and collaborate with physicians and other medical professionals.

Do You Have What It Takes?

• A fire and passion for working with seniors
• A flexible, fun, and energetic personality
• Must have an active, good standing Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of practice
• Prior experience as an LPN in an LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting preferred
• Professional image in appearance and behavior
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
