Assistant Director of Nursing | ADON
Join Tutera Senior Living and Health Care as Assistant Director of Nursing. We seek a dedicated RN to lead nursing services and ensure quality care for residents.
What Will You Do?As Assistant Director of Nursing, you will support nursing administration, supervise 24‑hour nursing services, and maintain care standards in partnership with the Director of Nursing. In the Director’s absence, you will assume clinical operations responsibility.
Do You Have What It Takes?- Passion for working with seniors
- Flexible, energetic personality
- RN license in the state where you practice
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited nursing school preferred
- Prior experience in LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting preferred
- Two years of experience in a nursing supervisory role preferred
- Professional image in appearance and behavior
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
