Salary Range: $80,000 - $125,000 depending on experience

• Design, develop, and implement automation solutions for manufacturing processes.
• Program, configure, and troubleshoot PLCs, HMIs, SCADA systems, and industrial robots.
• Optimize existing automation systems to improve efficiency, throughput, and product quality.
• Provide technical support and perform root cause analysis for automation-related issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new equipment and technologies into production lines.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for automation systems, including schematics and operating procedures.
• Ensure all automation projects and systems comply with safety standards and regulatory requirements.

• Proficiency in PLC programming (e.g., Rockwell, Siemens), HMI/SCADA development, and industrial networking.
• Experience with industrial robotics, machine vision systems, or other advanced automation technologies.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex automation systems, perform root cause analysis, and commission new equipment.
• Experience managing automation projects through their full lifecycle, from design to implementation and support.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production environments, and relevant industry standards.

• Experience with vision systems (e.g., Cognex, Keyence)
• Familiarity with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) integration
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies
• Proficiency in a higher-level programming language (e.g., Python, C#) for data analysis or custom tool development
