Salary Range: $114,000 - $163,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of manufacturing engineers and technicians.
- Oversee the planning, design, and implementation of new manufacturing processes and equipment.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
- Manage engineering project portfolios, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Provide technical leadership and problem-solving expertise for complex manufacturing challenges.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate engineering solutions with production and quality goals.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards, quality regulations, and industry best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Manufacturing).
- 5+ years of progressive leadership experience managing engineering teams in a manufacturing environment.
- Deep understanding and practical application of manufacturing processes, lean methodologies, and continuous improvement principles.
- Proven ability to manage complex engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a track record of implementing effective solutions for manufacturing challenges.
- Experience implementing advanced manufacturing technologies (e.g., IoT, AI, advanced robotics)
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Master's degree in a related field (e.g., Operations Management, Business Administration)
