Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) - Clinical Nutrition | Culinary Team
Tired of feeling like nutrition care is all rules and no humanity?
Come join a team that believes standards matter - but people matter more. We put our residents, patients, families, and staff first, because exceptional care happens when people feel valued, respected, and supported. Here, nutrition isn't just clinical - it's part of helping people heal, live well, and find comfort.
And yes - our kitchen serves delicious, scratch-made comfort food that's familiar... the kind that makes life feel more like home.
Why You'll Love It Here- People First culture - kindness, teamwork, and real support
- Scratch kitchen comfort food made with care (and flavor!)
- Strong collaboration with Culinary + Clinical teams
- Meaningful relationships with residents and families
- Fun menus, themed meal days, and a team that enjoys what they do
- Complete nutrition assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Manage and monitor therapeutic diets while honoring resident preferences
- Document in clinical records and support MDS/care plans as needed
- Collaborate with the care team to support healing, wellness, and comfort
- Provide nutrition education to residents, families, and staff
This is a clinical role - no management or staff supervision.
What Makes This Role DifferentYou’ll have a real seat at the table - partnering with Culinary and Nursing to make nutrition both clinically sound and genuinely enjoyable. We don't just focus on compliance...we focus on people first.
This role allows you to spend your time where your expertise matters most: clinical nutrition care and resident outcomes - not managing kitchen operations or day‑to‑day dining service.
You’ll collaborate closely with our Culinary Leadership Team, including the Culinary Manager and Dining Experience Manager, and you’ll be supported by two part‑time RDs.
Qualifications- Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) with active licensure
- Long‑term care experience preferred
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Ability to laugh, have fun, and serve our residents and patients above all else!
- Competitive pay + full benefits - including a pension!
- Paid time off + holidays
- CEU support and professional development
- Team‑first culture with real collaboration and fun
- Bonus: food you’ll actually want to eat (scratch‑made comfort food!)
If you want to practice nutrition in a way that feels human again, apply today - we'd love to meet you.
