• Participate in buy‑side and sell‑side transaction advisory engagements, providing financial and due diligence assistance, and accounting advisory services.
• Document key findings and analysis in written reports.
• Participate in client meetings and site visits, interacting with top‑level management to obtain pertinent information for financial analysis.
• Prepare detailed financial analysis to help clients evaluate acquisition decisions and financing requirements.
• Interact with other functional areas of the practice, including tax, audit, and other consulting practices.
• Assist in preparing proposals and engagement letters.
• Represent the firm in community activities and professional associations.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
• CPA certification.
• Minimum of two years experience in an audit or transaction advisory practice within a national or regional public accounting or consulting firm.
• Supervision / team leadership experience.
• Ability to direct and manage client engagements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.

• Networking and communicating with C‑level executives.
• Evaluated as an exceptional performer in current position.
• Strong technical accounting knowledge combined with business acumen.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with internal team members and external clients.
• Self‑starter with confidence in client interactions and questioning.
• Ability to work within tight deadlines and deliver results in a timely manner.
• Application of critical thinking and problem‑solving skills.

• Occasional travel for work using a personal vehicle.
• Ability to work moderate overtime throughout the year with heavier overtime required during certain business cycles.
• Physical requirement: lift boxes, mail, etc. not exceeding 20 lbs.
