- Review and preparation of journal entries
- Assist in preparation of quarterly (10Q) and annual (10K) reporting
- Account Analyst reconciliations
- Monthly internal financial schedules
- Lease Accounting
- Assist with preparation of monthly financial reporting
- Month-end close duties
- Support special projects and cross-functional initiatives as assigned
EDUCATION: B.S. in Accounting (MBA and or CPA is preferred but not required)
WORK EXPERIENCE: 1 - 2 years in Accounting, Oracle financial systems is preferred, proficient in Excel & other Microsoft applications
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIESREQUIRED:
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft applications, especially Excel and Outlook.
- Strong organizational skills including meeting scheduled deadlines.
