Senior Tax Analyst

Carolina PRG is partnering with a rapidly growing North American organization to identify a Senior Tax Analyst who will make an immediate impact on their tax team. This individual will play a key role in supporting a variety of income tax functions, including federal and state tax compliance, tax provision computations, and ongoing tax planning initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review federal, state, and local income tax fillings
• Assist with tax provision calculations and ASC 740 reporting
• Support audits and respond to tax authority inquiries
• Research and interpret tax laws to ensure compliance and identify planning opportunities
• Collaborate with finance, accounting, and external advisors on tax-related matters
• Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives within the tax function

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of relevant tax experience; public accounting preferred
• Strong technical foundation in corporate tax and tax provision
• Proficiency in Excel and tax software (e.g., One Source, Corptax, etc.)
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• CPA or CPA-eligible
