Accounts Payable Clerk

Hunter Automotive Group is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to join our accounting team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, enjoys working with documents and numbers, and wants to gain experience in accounting and office administration.

No extensive accounting experience is required. We’re looking for someone with a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a strong commitment to accuracy.

• File and organize accounting documents and records.
• Scan and upload documents into the appropriate systems.
• Prepare and process deposits.
• Review documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Assist with basic accounting functions and daily administrative tasks.
• Help maintain organized and accurate financial records.
• Provide general support to the accounting team as needed.

• Previous accounting or office experience is a plus, but not required.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with spreadsheet.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Dependable with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Willingness to learn new systems and procedures.
• Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks accurately.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
