Onboarding Specialist; National Consulting & Outsourcing Team

Knowledge on chart of accounts setup and conversions to make recommendations on improvements. Make recommendations to improve chart of accounts and system setup and conversion. Work across a wide variety of industries, pulling in additional industry expertise when needed. Learn business drivers, strategy, risk areas, and accounting concerns. Successfully utilize accounting systems such as Quick Books (Online & Desktop), and Xero.

Utilize AR/AP systems such as  and  Adapt and change with client needs and deadlines. Remain accurate and consistent in task execution.

• Education:
  
  Bachelor's degree is required. Combination of experience, education, and training may be accepted in lieu of degree. Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration or a related field is preferred.
• Experience:
  
  3 years of relevant experience required. Experience in accounting or finance field preferred.

• Strong communication skills, both written & verbal.
• Strong project and time management skills.
• Ability to adapt and change with client needs and deadlines.
• Knowledge on chart of accounts setup and conversions.
• Proficiency in accounting systems such as QBO, QBD, and Xero.
• Proficiency in AR/AP systems such as BILL and Ramp.
• Proficiency with applicable software (Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
