Responsibilities:

• Review incoming vendor invoices for accuracy and prepare them for timely entry into the accounts payable system.
• Assign correct general ledger or cost codes to invoices to support accurate financial tracking and reporting.
• Process invoices efficiently in SAP while maintaining organized records and proper documentation.
• Assist with scheduled check runs and help ensure payments are issued according to approved timelines.
• Reconcile invoice details against supporting documents and resolve discrepancies with internal teams or vendors as needed.
• Maintain up-to-date accounts payable files and support smooth daily transaction flow for the finance function.
