Payroll & Billing Specialist

Blue Dot Cares provides in-home care for seniors across the Charlotte area. We're looking for a hands-on Payroll & Billing Specialist to own weekly payroll and client billing for our caregiving team.

This role will support payroll and billing for our Charlotte office, but your main focus will be building the payroll and billing systems that support our growth. We plan to open 100 new territories over the next 10 years. You'll create the processes, workflows, and standards that let us scale cleanly to each new location.

• Process weekly and biweekly payroll in ADP, including deductions, reimbursements, garnishments, and manual checks
• Check caregiver schedules, hours, and pay rates for accuracy before every payroll run
• Prepare invoices, apply payments, and follow up on past-due accounts in Quick Books
• Handle VA, long-term care insurance, and private-pay billing
• Reconcile payroll and billing reports and resolve discrepancies
• Design and document scalable payroll and billing processes for new territories as we expand.

• 3+ years of hands-on payroll experience, ideally in home care or healthcare
• Strong ADP and Quick Books skills
• Experience with VA or Medicaid billing is a plus
• Careful, organized, and comfortable working independently against deadlines
• Able to work on-site in Charlotte, Monday through Friday

Full-time. Pay: $70,000–$75,000.
