You will be responsible for supporting multiple leaders, handle office management responsibilities, culture initiatives, and manage receptionist duties. What you’ll be doing:

  • Office Management
  • Support events and employee engagement initiatives
  • Assist with onboarding new hires
  • Coordinate with Facilities and property management

  • Ensure cleanliness of the office

  • Screen calls and transfer appropriately

  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service, front office, or related fields
