The Corporate Services Specialist is responsible for providing mail, package, print shop, beverage and events support services primarily to the corporate campus with additional support to area offices. Responsibilities include the general upkeep and maintenance of all mailroom equipment and systems to ensure optimal working conditions and minimize downtime; processing, distributing and tracking inbound and outbound mail and packages; supplying paper to all campus printers and copiers;
operating the company beverage store; performing routine hygiene maintenance of all on‑campus fountain beverage equipment; and overseeing operational support for high‑profile campus events, including room setups, beverage supply and way finding.
- Perform upkeep and maintenance on corporate mailroom equipment and systems to maintain excellent working conditions and minimize downtime; monitor orders of all Corporate Services supplies to ensure appropriate inventory levels.
- Ensure mail is sorted and delivered throughout the corporate facility twice daily.
- Ensure outgoing mail (including Certified, Return Receipt) is metered and picked up by USPS daily.
- Ensure all incoming, outgoing inter‑company, inter‑office mail is processed daily and that UPS and USPS packages are received, logged and delivered with tracking confirmation to individuals throughout the corporate campus daily.
- Ensure adequate amounts of copy printer paper (legal, letter, tabloid) are placed in each copy area.
- Maintain all corporate campus fountain beverage machines to ensure optimal and healthy operation.
- Maintain current knowledge of USPS, Fed Ex and Record Storage Systems procedures and guidelines.
- Ensure AP check mailings and other mass mailings or internal distributions for various departments are processed through the inserter folder machine, metered daily, and processed timely to ensure deadlines are met.
- Provide support for corporate office moves, high‑profile campus events (setups and restorations), and backup support for large copy room and print job service requests.
- Operate the Employee Beverage Store relative to inventory, organization, and sales.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Familiarity and competence with a variety of software packages and apps (Microsoft Office, email, and Smart Phone apps).
- Ability, willingness, and desire to learn the Coca‑Cola Consolidated business operations with a goal of future growth and development.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Office environment.
- This position requires in‑office presence five days a week.
