Job SummarySurry Communications is seeking a detail-oriented Warranty Administrator to manage warranty claims, warranty processing, and documentation. This full-time position supports operations, vendor coordination, inventory tracking, and compliance in a fast-paced telecommunications and service environment.
ResponsibilitiesProcess, submit, and track warranty claims accurately and efficiently
Review warranty documentation for completeness, accuracy, and compliance
Coordinate with vendors, manufacturers, and internal teams
Maintain accurate warranty records, claim logs, and service reports
Monitor claim statuses and follow up on pending or denied warranties
Resolve discrepancies related to warranty coverage and documentation
Assist with audits, reporting, and warranty reconciliations
Respond to internal inquiries regarding warranty coverage and claim status
1+ year of experience in warranty administration, claims processing, operations, or administrative support
Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace
Experience with inventory, service, or claims systems preferred
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to handle confidential information professionally
