Our office, Ballantyne Endodontics, is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to join our busy specialty practice. We are looking for a talented and pleasant individual to take on all administrative and front‑office duties to provide an exceptional experience to all patients and visitors. YourResponsibilities
- Welcoming patients to the dental office
- Maintaining accurate patient records
- Insurance verification
- Discuss financials and insurance with patients
- Communicate with referring offices
- Support the patient care coordinators
- Check, sort, and forward emails
- Keep records and files up to date
- Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages
- Keep the front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper, etc.)
- Schedule patients
- Assist with other office responsibilities as needed
Monday‑Friday 8:00 am – 1:30 pm
Your Background- Familiarity with office machines (e.g., fax, printer, etc.)
- Strong communication and people skills
- Good organizational and multi‑tasking abilities
- Problem‑solving skills
- Customer service orientation
- A high school diploma
- Desire to help patients
