Quick Service Technician

Description of the role:

The Quick Service Technician at Dutch Miller Kia of Charlotte will be responsible for providing efficient and high-quality service to customers in a fast-paced environment.

• Perform quality vehicle inspections, diagnose issues, and perform repairs as needed
• Complete basic maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding services needed and provide estimates
• Collaborate with the service team to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction

• Prior experience as a Quick Service Technician or similar role preferred
• Knowledge of automotive systems and maintenance techniques
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently
