We are in need of Service Advisors to help our clients with their vehicle’s maintenance and repair needs.

As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for identifying, selling, and documenting service, maintenance, and repair work for customers while delivering an excellent customer experience. This is a full-time position with regular and predictable attendance required. Scheduled shifts may include evening hours, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities
  • Customer service responsibilities:
    Genuine desire for customers to feel valued and cared for throughout their vehicle service; ability to prioritize and manage tasks according to a set process; precise attention to detail; disciplined and self-motivated; computer proficiency.
  • Service responsibilities:
    Participate in required training; ability to present information clearly to customers and colleagues; meet dealership standards for repair and order production; automotive knowledge and experience a plus; maintain Customer Satisfaction scores at or above company standards; effectively document service concerns and advise customers on necessary and suggested services; accurately estimate service order pricing; experience with Reynolds and Reynolds or other service scheduling software a plus;

    professional appearance and strong communications skills; must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; high school diploma or equivalent (associate’s degree or higher preferred).
