The Porsche Shop Leader at Mills Auto Group in Charlotte, North Carolina, will oversee the operations and performance of the Porsche shop, ensuring high-quality workmanship, excellent customer service, and adherence to company standards.

• Manage and lead the Porsche shop team, providing guidance and support
• Monitor shop performance and implement strategies for improvement
• Ensure all work is completed efficiently and to high standards
• Interact with customers to address any concerns and maintain satisfaction
• Oversee inventory, order supplies, and maintain shop equipment

• Prior experience in automotive repair and leadership roles
• Strong knowledge of Porsche vehicles and repair processes
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage a team effectively
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
