• Base Salary plus commissions

• Use social media tools (Facebook, You Tube, Facebook Live, Instagram) to attract new clients and increase brand awareness.
• Contact current owner base to update records and prospect for opportunities.
• Reply and follow up with internet leads, phone opportunities, and walk-in customers.
• Learn product knowledge on current model line and become a certified product representative.
• Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
• Explain product performance, application, and benefits to prospects.
• Build strong rapport with customers.
• Perform high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentations and demonstrations of new/used vehicles.
• Maintain customer satisfaction.

• Social media and brand awareness experience is preferred.
• Enthusiastic with a great work ethic.
• Outgoing with a friendly personality.
• Must have a clean and valid driver’s license.
• Must be willing to submit to a background check prior to employment.
