RC Operations Manager, Mechanical – Drive Time

• Manage the Reconditioning Center to meet bottom line, quality, and productivity objectives.
• Supply a sufficient variety of high‑quality vehicles to meet dealership sales demand.
• Recruit, screen, hire, and coach a high‑performing Reconditioning Center team.
• Establish supply chain goals with regional management and buyers.
• Conduct performance evaluations, give timely feedback, and drive continuous improvement.

• High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree in business or a vocational/technical program is preferred.
• 4+ years of managing 15 + employees in a manufacturing or automotive environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• English proficiency for effective performance in a safety‑sensitive environment.
