This is a full-time, on-site Service Technician role located in Charlotte, NC. The Service Technician will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, diagnosing and repairing vehicle issues, troubleshooting technical concerns, and delivering quality field service. The technician will also interact directly with service advisor team to address their guests automotive needs and ensure their satisfaction with service outcomes.

• Strong skills in Maintenance & Repair for vehicles, ensuring attention to detail and quality workmanship
• Proficiency in Troubleshooting and diagnosing technical automotive issues
• Experience in Field Service, including inspecting, testing, and repairing vehicles at an advanced level
• Excellent Customer Service skills to effectively communicate maintenance needs and solutions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• ASE certifications or equivalent automotive certifications are highly desirable
• High school diploma or GED required; technical training is a plus
