, a global leader in intelligent climate and energy solutions, seeks an individual contributor to focus on operational efficiency, standardization, and quality of service delivery processes within Carrier’s Commercial HVAC field operations. This onsite role is based in Charlotte
, North Carolina.

• Discover and provide internal/external opportunities for continuous improvement activities.
• Lead focused Continuous Improvement (Carrier Excellence), Six Sigma, and Lean events to drive productivity gains.
• Analyze the current state to identify and prioritize opportunities for streamlined business processes.
• Drive projects and programs for identified opportunities, ensuring accountability to timelines, deliverables, and business outcomes.
• Lead complex cross‑functional process improvement projects using data and analysis.
• Implement, improve, and sustain adoption of foundational operational business processes.
• Deliver effective change management to engage and promote employee relations across the workforce.
• Implement business process projects that return bottom‑line value to the organization.
• Communicate project status to stakeholders at all levels, including executive presentations focused on milestones, risks, and action items to ensure on‑time and on‑budget completion.
• Work with teams to implement and drive daily management and problem‑solving processes.
• Build appropriate standard work and weekly/monthly performance scorecards for enhanced visual management.

• High School Diploma (HSD) or GED with 10+ years’ experience in equipment, field services, finance/accounting, and/or software products industries; OR bachelor’s degree with 5+ years’ experience in the same industries.
• 5+ years of experience with Six Sigma, Lean, or other continuous improvement methodology.
• 3+ years of experience in business processes.

• Master’s degree.
• Strong knowledge in accounting/finance, sales operations, and/or informational systems (ERPs, SAP).
• Proven data and analytical skills.
• Strong people, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proven track record of seeing projects to completion.

• Must have unrestricted authorization to work in the USA. No visa sponsorship available.
