Technical Business Manager

Hybrid role in Charlotte, NC. Competitive compensation. Requires a Bachelor's degree, 8+ years of technical business management experience, deep proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, and familiarity with Agile/Dev Ops environments.

• Support executive leadership in daily operations and strategic planning of the technology function.
• Prepare, track, and manage strategic initiatives, OKRs, and departmental goals.
• Build and maintain high‑quality dashboards, business updates, and decision‑support decks for senior stakeholders.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and headcount planning in partnership with Finance and HR.
• Oversee key technology programs and projects, ensuring milestones and risks are tracked and reported effectively.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
• 8+ years of experience in technical business management, COO office, or business analyst role within a technology or financial organization.
• Proven experience managing cross‑functional teams and operating in fast‑paced environments.
• Deep expertise in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with strong data visualization skills.
• Familiarity with Agile/Dev Ops environments, technology governance, and strategic project management.
