Performance Lead – Office of the Chief Operating Officer

We are looking for a Performance Lead to support the Chief of Staff and ensure effectiveness and efficiency of the COO’s Office s is a full‑time, mid‑senior level role.

Compensation & Benefits

The base salary for this position is $93,000 to $121,000. Eligible employees receive medical, dental, vision, a 401(k) plan, and paid time off. For a detailed description of benefits, please reference the Equitable Total Rewards Program.

Responsibilities

• Support preparation for all Board, Committee and senior leadership meetings, including research, summaries and drafting talking points.

• Analyze complex data to develop informed recommendations.

• Track and monitor projects across the COO organization, including managing work streams, follow‑up and action trackers.

• Manage deliverables and track OKRs to align with organizational goals.

• Handle day‑to‑day administrative tasks, including audits and ad hoc research.

• Play a key role in enhancing operational efficiency across the executive’s function.

Qualifications

• Strong project management skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Self‑driven, with the ability to develop and implement solutions with limited guidance.

• High integrity, discretion and ability to manage confidential information.

• Comfortable navigating fast‑paced, dynamic environments.

• Proven ability to leverage Microsoft Office & Project, PowerPoint and Excel (including charts, graphs) to draft executive‑level presentations.
