** Job Summary*
* The Director of Account Management is responsible for overseeing strategic client relationships, driving account growth, and ensuring exceptional service delivery for a leading global hospitality partner. This role requires a strategic leader with strong financial insight and proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.

* Key Responsibilities:

** Strategic Leadership:*
* + Lead and mentor a team of Account Managers, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

+ Set clear performance goals and provide coaching to ensure team success.

+  
** Client Relationship Management:*
* + Serve as the senior point of contact for a premier hospitality client, ensuring satisfaction and retention.

+ Develop and execute strategies to grow existing accounts and identify new opportunities.

+  
** Financial Management & Acumen:*
* + Own the financial health of the account portfolio, including revenue forecasting, profitability analysis, and margin optimization.

+ Monitor KPIs such as revenue growth, gross margin, and client lifetime value to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

+ Partner with Finance to develop accurate budgets and ensure compliance with financial targets.

+ Analyze account performance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.

** Operational Excellence:*
* + Implement best practices for account management processes, ensuring efficiency and scalability.

+ Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to deliver integrated solutions.

+  
** Reporting & Insights:*
* + Provide regular reporting on account performance, financial metrics, and team productivity to senior leadership.

+ Use data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions and client recommendations.

** Travel Requirement:*
* + Up to  
** 50% travel
** to client sites, industry events, and internal meetings.

* Qualifications:

*
* + Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred.

+ 8+ years of experience in account management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

+ Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.

+ Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of building and managing high-performing teams.

+ Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
