• Compile, review and execute appropriate pricing strategy; utilise internal and market tools to develop and submit pricing proposals
• Assist with increasing approved carriers and contacts for RXO, upload rates to pricing database
• Act as liaison between operations, sales and compliance teams
• Work with carrier procurement and the customer sales team to understand market trends that will aid in the review of pricing proposals
• Quote sales team on new lanes when requested
• Maintain a basic understanding of market tools and market trends, including seasonality, industries and factors that impact rates
• Recommend and implement improvements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work or military experience
• 1 year of logistics or transportation experience

• 3 years of related experience
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
• Excellent customer service and organisational skills
• The aptitude to quickly learn new software
• Solid attention to detail and follow‑up skills with experience identifying and resolving problems
• Adaptability under tight deadlines in a rapidly changing environment
