Wealth Business Analyst I
This is an in-office position. Locations are Charlotte, NC, Richmond, VA, or Atlanta, GA.
Responsible for providing analytical and administrative support on execution of divisional, group, and team projects including but not limited to performing reporting, analytics, insights, and process reviews while also serving as a subject‑matter expert for various bank and wealth systems, products, services and processes. Participates in project management activities.
Essential functions include:
- Develop and maintain periodic leadership reports and analyses related to business performance, system functionality, training, incentives, and/or departmental initiatives necessary to management.
- Serve as a subject‑matter expert for assigned area around divisional products, services, systems, and policies/procedures.
- Assist and collaborate in the various stages and phases of strategic planning and project management on divisional initiatives, contributing meaningful insights.
- Conduct industry research and competitive analysis, and focus on process improvement.
- Perform administrative tasks such as creating presentations, organizing meetings/events, arranging travel, etc.
- Assist with training staff on new processes, systems, and programs.

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, marketing, or equivalent education and related training.
- At least one year of experience in an analytical role within the financial services industry (or related business) and/or participation in an enterprise‑sponsored Leadership Development Program.
- Demonstrated project management and coordination skills in a professional or financial services environment.
- Strong quantitative analysis skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to effectively lead meetings with various key partners and collaborate with individuals at any level of the organization.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office.
- Master’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
- Graduate of an enterprise‑sponsored Leadership Development Program.
- Banking or financial services experience, especially in Brokerage & Private Banking and Wealth client segments.
- Knowledge of operational procedures and systems.
- Knowledge of SAS or statistical software.
