• Partner with stakeholders to analyze operations and recommend solutions that align business functions with organizational objectives
• Assess structure,policies and operations toidentifyopportunities for process improvement and enhanced planning
• Compile, analyze and present complex data to support decision-making on current and future operations
• Create detailed reports,chartsand presentations to propose strategies for successful business changes
• Develop project estimates byidentifyingphases,requiredpersonnel and associated costs
• Analyze external market dynamics and data sources to uncover trends and present actionable recommendations to management
• Recommend improvements thatleveragenew technologyor alternative applications of existing systems

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

• 5+ years of business analysis or related experience

• Read, write,speakand understand English
• Independentlyworkand in a teamcollaborativeenvironment
• Prioritize and organize effectively
• Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities
• Proficient in analyzing and interpreting complex data
• Quick identification of business problems and opportunities
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Communicate with all levels of management and company personnel
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Skilled in Microsoft
  
  Word,Exceland other software applications

• Bachelor’s degree in business preferred
