Responsibilities

• Overseeing general administrative duties
• Phone and email communications with customers and vendors
• Matching invoices Receiving purchase orders in our ERP
• Entering AP information Supporting outside personnel with necessary correspondence
• Expediting orders
• Various tasks assigned by management Requirements:
  Previous office experienced preferred by will train the right applicant
• High School or GED required Must be knowledgeable on Microsoft Office programs
• Must be knowledgeable on Adobe editor program
• Must be a good multitasker
• Able to work in a face paced environment
• Assist in other departments when necessary
