Sr Legal Operations Specialist

Serve as the primary Legal Operations business lead supporting enterprise transformation initiatives across Corporate Legal and Global Trade Operations. This individual contributor role is responsible for driving business readiness, process documentation, user adoption, testing coordination, training, deployment support, and operational transition activities for large-scale technology and process transformation programs.

As a Sr Legal Operations in the Corporate Legal function, you will act as a critical liaison between legal organization functional leaders, business process owners, project teams and technical stakeholders to support the successful delivery of strategic transformation initiatives. A successful candidate will have project management experience, a strong affinity for systems and processes, and significant leadership through influence.

YOU MUST HAVE3+ years of experience supporting Legal Operations, Compliance Operations, Global Trade Operations, ERP programs, complex business operations or enterprise transformation initiatives.
3+ years of project management experience with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders, manage competing priorities, and drive deliverables to completion.
3+ years of experience working within Legal, Compliance, Governance, Risk, Regulatory, or Global Trade functions.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex information into clear, practical guidance for end users Experience tracking issues, risks, actions, and defects through resolution.

Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with a high degree of attention to detail.

Working knowledge of SAP ECC, S/4

HANA, enterprise integrations, or large-scale technology deployments

Experience with User Acceptance Testing, defect coordination, hypercare, and deployment readiness

Experience developing and facilitating end-user training for varied audiences

Ability to build productive relationships, navigate ambiguity, and bring structure to evolving work streams

Practical problem solving, sound judgment, and a service-oriented mindset
