Position: Project Coordinator 1
Our client, a leading commercial real estate and facilities management organization, is seeking a Project Coordinator to join their team. As a Project Coordinator, you will be part of the Project Management team supporting operations, client projects, and cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent customer service abilities, and effective communication skills which will align successfully in the organization.

** What's the Job?*
* + Assist in coordinating project schedules, timelines, and deliverables.

+ Track project progress and ensure deadlines are met.

+ Support client communication and coordinate customer support efforts.

+ Prepare project planning and progress documentation as needed.

+ Attend client and internal team meetings and provide administrative project support.

** What's Needed?*
* + Bachelor's degree in a technical or business-related field.

+ Previous project coordination or project support experience.

+ Excellent customer service and communication skills.

+ Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

+ Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
