** Wells Fargo is seeking a
** Senior Business Execution Consultant
** for our
** Cash Management Transformation Team
** within Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB) Operations. This role will support strategic initiatives focused on modernizing cash management capabilities, payment services, liquidity solutions, and operational processes.
** Desired Qualifications
*** Strong understanding of Cash Management products and services, including commercial payments, liquidity management, treasury services, receivables, payables, and account management solutions.
* Experience supporting payments platforms and networks, including Fedwire, ACH, SWIFT.
* Knowledge of end-to-end payment processing, operational workflows, client onboarding, and servicing processes within Cash Management environments.
* Experience leading business requirements gathering, process optimization, and large-scale transformation initiatives across business and technology organizations.
* Ability to identify process improvement opportunities, challenge existing operating models, and deliver practical solutions that improve efficiency and client outcomes.
* Proven project execution experience with the ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders, manage dependencies, and ensure successful delivery of strategic initiatives.
* Familiarity with industry and regulatory initiatives affecting Cash Management and Payments, including ISO 20022 modernization, real-time payments, and broader payments transformation programs.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence leaders across Product, Operations, Technology, Risk, and Corporate Banking organizations.
