Superintendent – Builtech Services
Responsibilities- Supervise the project schedule to ensure the project is constructed in accordance with design and budget.
- Implement and enforce on‑site safety program to maintain a safe jobsite per the requirements of OSHA and the Builtech Safety Plan.
- Develop and manage project schedules using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Project.
- Schedule and coordinate subcontractors and ensure overall contractual performance.
- Assist project team in developing and implementing project procedures, management tools, standards, etc.
- Represent Builtech as the client’s primary on‑site contact.
- Interface with owners, subcontractors and architects.
- Maintain daily communication with project teammates.

Salary: $110,000–140,000++
Position Requirements- Minimum of 1–5 years of experience in a similar role.

- Knowledge and proficiency in MS Office (including Excel and Project) and preferably Procore.
- Leadership skills including self‑awareness, positivity, assertiveness, delegation, negotiation and organization.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 40 pounds and push or pull 40-pound loads at the same time.
- Must be able to stand, walk and climb multiple sets of stairs while carrying materials weighing up to 40 pounds.
- Must be able to traverse and inspect all areas of the jobsite in all weather conditions; this may include walking, climbing, reaching, bending or stretching.
- Exposure to characteristic construction site dangers.
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel when necessary.
