Preconstruction Engineer – Heavy Civil Construction

** What You’ll Do
*** Bridge the gap between design and construction teams for seamless project delivery.
* Analyze plans and specifications for accuracy and constructability.
* Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and verify site conditions.
* Develop and manage 3D models for preconstruction planning.
* Collaborate with owners, designers, and internal stakeholders to resolve design challenges.
* Assist with proposals, bid documents, and construction schedules.
* Manage RFIs, submittals, and contract documentation.
* Provide constructability reviews and design clarifications.
* Support project layout and survey activities.
** What We’re Looking For**
* ** Degree:
** Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
* *
* Experience:

** 1+ year in highway heavy construction.
* *
* Skills:

** Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, Trimble tools (Business Center, Siteworks, Earthworks), AGTEK, Civil 3D.
* Strong communication, attention to detail, and time management.
* Positive, self-motivated attitude.
* Valid driver’s license.
