Heavy Equipment Operator​/Laborer

• Operate heavy equipment such as skid steers, mini‑excavators, backhoes, and dump trucks.
• Perform grading, trenching, digging footings, back filling, and occasional demolition work.
• Load and secure equipment for transport when needed.
• Perform routine daily maintenance on equipment, including greasing and inspections.
• Maintain a clean, organized jobsite and follow safety protocols.
• Support the team with general labor duties as needed.
• Communicate with project managers and coworkers to stay aligned on tasks.

• At least three years of experience operating heavy equipment in residential construction.
• Experience with routine maintenance of construction machinery.
• Strong understanding of jobsite safety and situational awareness.
• Willingness to take direction and support others on the team.
• Ability to stay productive without direct supervision.
• Valid driver's license with a clean or insurable driving record.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to work on‑site in Charlotte full‑time; this is not a remote or hybrid role.
