Rodgers has an opportunity for an Office Engineer in Charlotte, NC.

• Bachelor’s degree in construction, engineering or related field, or related construction experience
• Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills

• Maintain and review submittals through logging and tracking
• Process RFIs, including submitting, distributing, and posting requests
• Assist with field quality control
• Maintain organized and detailed project records
• Assist in preparing change orders
• Maintain and prepare subcontractor meeting minutes
• Maintain as-built schedule
• Coordinate long lead material deliveries
